If You Need To Cancel
All bookings require a 25% deposit to secure your date. This deposit is nonrefundable outside of weather cancellations or mechanical failure (warm water trips). All trips are weather permitting and will be up to the guide’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled or in a last case resort, refunded. Any cancellations by the customer within 7 days of the booking date will result in a charge of the full balance of the trip. Requests to change a trip are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.
If You Need To Reschedule
We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to help when possible. However, all rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated. To increase the chance of securing your new preferred date, please reach out as soon as possible.
If There Is Bad Weather
All trips are weather permitting and are up to the guide’s discretion. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, the guide will determine whether the trip should proceed as planned, be rescheduled for a later time, or, in rare cases where no alternative can be arranged, be refunded.
